Bonita C. Leadem is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Bonita C. Leadem attended Rutgers School of Law-Newark from 1987 to 1990. A recipient of the Ralph Bunche Fellowship, a full, academic-based fellowship, Bonita C. Leadem was a Research Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.

After graduating from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1990, Bonita C. Leadem was associated with the firm of Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O'Donnell & Weyher in New York City, as a member of the corporate department. She specialized in complex business reorganizations and refinancing. Thereafter, Bonita C. Leadem was associated with both New York and New Jersey law firms which specialized in complex, multi-party construction and environmental litigation.

As the primary reason Bonita C. Leadem attended law school was to provide top-notch legal services to the most vulnerable, underserved segments of society, she began specializing in the area of family law in 2000. Bonita C. Leadem currently provides Pro Bono attorney services for a number of worthy, local concerns.
